DSCR loans work differently—we qualify you based on the cash flow of the property, not your personal income. If the property's rental income covers the monthly payment, you’re in the game. Most of our investors come in with a credit score of 680 or higher, which unlocks more competitive rates and streamlined approvals. If you’re above 700, even better. Most DSCR loans require a minimum of 20–25% down or equity, especially for the best terms. This keeps the loan-to-value ratio favorable and lowers risk. For cash-out refis, the same LTV limits typically apply—you’ll need to leave 25–30% equity in the property after the refinance. We’ll help you structure your deal to get the most out of your capital.

As long as the rent covers the monthly payment (typically a DSCR of 1.0 or higher), you’re in good shape.
